Tate Mayberry, Brock Dyer, and Renner Bardsley
***REMEMBER TO MUTE THE MUSIC ON THE BOTTOM OF BLOG (to be sure you can hear my yelling as I am taping)
Brock's cousin Ryan came to watch and told Brock he would come eat lunch with him at school if he got a pin. Ryan brought McDonald's for lunch on Thursday :)
Wednesday night I went to my MOPS meeting. I have been a MOPS member for 5 years now and it is sad that I only have 3 meetings left. You have to "graduate" when your youngest finished Kindergarten. I have been creative activities director, co- coordinator, and publicity with the group.

On Friday I took Brock out of school and we headed to Des Moines. My good friend Hollie (who I used to teach with in Malvern) took a 1/2 personal day and we met for lunch. Then we went back to her house to do a little cooking and get ready for the Scentsy party she was having for me that night. Brock had a hard time waiting to see his friends get out of school. He was so excited to finally get to play with them. Hollie and I were pregnant together at Malvern so Brock and Clare are very close in age.
Brock brought his pillow pet with him and Clare had one as well!
They made capes out of their blankey's and flew around the house
Finally, time to settle down. They both made it all night sleeping in the living room downstairs. They were so tired from all of their playing that it didn't take long to fall asleep.
Andrew, Olivia, and baby Ruth dancing to "Just Dance" on the Wii. Clare was watching this time. Brock and I loved this game!!! We had to stop in Des Moines and buy it at the mall before we came home!
On Saturday, Wrestling districts were in Johnston...just a few miles away from Hollie's house. Clare went with us for about 1/2 of the day. She did a great job and they had fun playing their games or cheering for the Rams! Matt's team qualified 5 boys to state!
Our cousins AJ and Josh didn't make it this year...but next year they will!

Sunday gram and papa were out on a drive and stopped over to see us. We had to have them come in and watch Brock dance to "Viva Las Vegas", one of his favorites on the new game. Even Gram got in on the Wii action!
Great job, Brock! Miss you guys! :(
ReplyDeleteHad a BLAST with you both!! Miss you!!! Looking forward to seeing you soon with my Scentsy stuff!
ReplyDeleteLove the picture of Gram dancing too. LOL
