Week in Review February 22-28

I talked with my friend Hollie today and she was giving me a hard time regarding no new updates on my blog. The reason for this was that I was having some computer issues. First the videos would not upload and then my hard drive was full and I could not import any new photos to my computer. But, I am here tonight to catch you up. Don' t worry- you didn't miss anything too exciting!

Nothing big for the week. Friday night we had a double date with some friends Brandt and Amanda. We went out for sushi at Urban Wine Company with a stop at Cellar 19 before making our way back home. Once we arrived in Glenwood we did a little bowling before calling it a night.


Saturday Brock went to a birthday party at the bowling alley for his friend Lane.


These two buddies are so funny! I am a little worried of the trouble they might get into together when they are older!




Saturday evening Brock went back to the bowling alley with gram and his cousins. More fun!


Matt went to a birthday party in town and I headed up to the casino to meet some Des Moines friends who were in town on a party bus for her brother's 40th bday. Hollie isn't really isn't much of a gambler so she called Wendeline and I up to hang out for a while. Wendeline, Hollie, and I all taught at Malvern together. Hollie's husband Phil kept us entertained while we caught up with each other.



Lucky us, we were able to snag a pic with Elvis before we left!
