May 24th was Brock's last day of Kindergarten. Here is a picture from his first day to his last. His teacher made the children a wonderful memory book that is full of things the kids did and photos from the year. It is a treasure. Brock had an excellent report card and we are so proud of him! I can't believe I have a first grader now!
We did a diet coke/ mentos soda geyser in the front. The boys all took turns putting some of the mentos in the science tube. It was a great experiment and shot diet coke several feet high!
They were lined up to watch the soda geyser...a safe distance away so they wouldn't be covered in soda!
For dinner they boys had hot dogs, chips, and a celebration chocolate cake!
We walked to the West school to play for a little while and came back to swing and play in the yard.
Coach Pitch Baseball
Brock moved up this year to coach pitch baseball after playing t-ball for the past two years. This is his third year on the blue team which he thought was pretty cool. His first game was Wednesday night and it was so cold! The wind was blowing so hard, it was misting the whole game, and everyone was snuggled in blankets waiting for the game to be over! Brock was so excited to play this year, however. Unfortunately, my camera went dead after just a few shots. :( More pictures to come after his next game a week from tomorrow!
