Week in Review March 14-20

This week Matt had parent teacher conferences on Tuesday and Thursday evening.  On Tuesday, he had to take the day off to complete his physical testing for the PD.  They told him to plan on being there from 8-1.  They did a complete work up and told him that he looked like he was in good shape overall.  Thursday, he had to take off to go up and get the results of his psychological test from last week.  As it turns out, he is not crazy after all. 

I sent these colorful cupcakes to school with Brock for St. Patrick's Day. 

Here is a picture of my tiny little office space and the yucky mint green wall color.  I am working on some decorations for it to jazz it up a little.  My office mate has a desk on the opposite wall near where I am standing. 

Wednesday I had to attend CPR/ First Aid training in Harlan all day.  It was quite boring, but I made it through.  I car pooled with a gal who is a home visitor in Council Bluffs so it was nice to meet her and visit on the drive.

Friday there was no school in Glenwood so Matt and B had "Boys day".  Brock was cheering "Yeah! Boy's Day!"  several times Matt said.  While I was at work, they went to the zoo and Pizza Ranch!  That night they both went to the turkey banquet in town and had more fun! 

I had Scentsy parties on Friday and Saturday nights this weekend.  I sold just over $1,000 worth of Scentsy goods!  Hooray for me!

Saturday Brock attended a birthday party for his friend Aaron.  I made the rocket ship cake for the party and thought it turned out so cute!

 Aunt KK bought this cute shirt for B for St. Patrick's Day.  It was a beautiful day and hopefully all of the cold weather is behind us!  We are ready for Spring!!!

 Brock and Matt went out to Grandma Susan's today and came home with some of Matt's old Star Wars guys in a cool Darth Vader carrying case.  Brock was in heaven!

Brock had homework tonight that is due back tomorrow (Mon.)  They are learning about oceans and are taking a trip to Hawaii on an airplane tomorrow.  He needed to pack his "suitcase" with things he would need to take.  He used the Sunday ads to find his items but had to draw the surf board.

 All packed and ready to go!

 Brock has been playing with the box for a few weeks now and calls it his "airplane"  He has a steering wheel taped inside and had to get in for a little ride with his suitcase.  I think Josie wanted to go along too, however!

Sunday at Granma's farm the boys took the BB gun out.  This is just about the cutest picture ever!
