BrOkE

My camera is broke, again. This happened last January and if I try to look on the positive side- at least it got me through Brock's birthday and Christmas for pictures. It is still taking pictures with no problem, I just can't upload them - which causes me problems when I want to write about stuff on my blog! It is covered by the extended warrenty we purchased, but I will have to be without it for about 2 weeks.

This weekend I didn't feel very well on Friday night and Sat. am. I did get my Christmas stuff put back into storage. The one thing I didnt' get done that was on my list was to get the "old" stuff back out that had to be put away to make room for Christmas decor. I will work on that this week.

Matt is SO looking forward to starting back to school tomorrow after enjoying his 2 weeks of Christmas break. Okay, I am kidding about the looking forward to it part, but he does start school again tomorrow. Glenwood wrestled at Atlantic on Saturday at a dual team tournament. They placed second. This week they are at T.J. in Council Bluffs and at Winterset on Saturday. Brock and I will be going on Thursday to the T.J. dual.

So many blogs are writing about their New Year's resolutions. One that I want to share with you now is that I want to have my taxes ready to go to the account by the end of the month. And yes, I do mean January. The past 2 years I get so stressed out with all of the paperwork I have to do for the daycare, I have already started working on it for this year. I figure if I work a little bit every few days, I can be ready. It is all pretty easy, just time consuming. Each year I change a few things to make it easier for the next year after I have learned a few ways to make running the daycare business easier as far as paperwork organization.

Do you have any NY resolutions you want to share?
